We use information to operate our website and client portal, authenticate users, respond to inquiries, assess whether NorthQuest is appropriate for a prospective client, onboard clients, provide and improve our services, conduct and manage outbound campaigns, prepare reporting, communicate with clients and prospects, process payments, maintain security, and keep appropriate business and legal records.
3. AI Sales Assistant
NorthQuest provides an AI sales assistant on its website. If you use the assistant, NorthQuest may store the conversation and business contact details you provide to answer questions, assess and qualify inquiries, provide next steps, and follow up where appropriate. The assistant may use third-party AI and infrastructure providers to process messages on NorthQuest's behalf. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential security information, or other sensitive information through the assistant. AI responses may be imperfect, and commercially sensitive, unsupported, or exceptional questions may be escalated for human review.
4. Client and Campaign Data
When providing outbound services, NorthQuest may process client-provided information, ideal customer profiles, prospect and company data, campaign activity, replies, qualification information, and performance data.
